Thank you Kindly for your response , I also would like to ask for any advise I was working for a company as a tax advisor and was also preparing taxes but when the tax season was over they let go of a lot of people including me I was the last one they let go of me in July I haven't found a job because it's hard since I don't have a Work Permit and I don't have any income the filling fees are $1075 me and my wife are trying to get a loan to pay for the AOS but we have been told that we can also file a Fee Waiver I am a bit scared doing that because I don't know if that can back fired in the future remember that under the Cuban Adjusment Act Public charge is ok . Please advise me

I'm sorry I didn't make my self clear on previous post I am adjusting because I already have the 1 year presence I want to know if it's worth to apply for Advence Parole along with my I-485 thanks

I am from El Salvador and my wife is Cuban who adjusted her status thru the Cuban Adjustment Act I last enter the Us august of 2015 and we decided to get married so I overstayed my visa we got married April 2016 I was unable to Adjust because I have to be present 1 year and one day to apply for adjustment under the Cuban adjustment act as spouse of a Cuban , now I have been out of status for about 6 months and I need advice wether or not to apply for Advance Parole in any case of an emergency and will I be ok to travel with AP .
