I'm trying to do a visa for my grandma (from Egypt) but I don't know what is the receipt number, one of you said it's the CGI Reference Number. Is that right? Please let me know because I'm putting it in and it's not letting me, it keeps saying no valid record? Also we paid the fee this morning, could that be why?
