I just became an american citizen last March 3, 2017!!! After the infopass last Nov 30. I was placed back at the process of case under review, in line for oath to oath letter sent!!! God is really great all the time!! 

hey any updates? it happened to me too during the oath ceremony. i told the lady that i was not arrested on July 20, and she clarified to me that they just need a new court disposition dated after my conditional discharge. I am still waiting for their response after i submitted court disposition certificate. it's been 2 months now and i'm scheduled for infopass..

I just want to ask like how long before USCIS will respond? My situation is i received a letter stating a document that i need to comply in 15 days from a past arrest resulting to a non criminal conviction as the date of court disposition that i submitted was during my conditional discharge. It's been 5 weeks now and i haven't heard any. thanks in advance!
