Thank you so much for your reply. I'm afraid that they may not notice the 1 day earlier ( in case they consider the sent day 9/19 as the filing day ) and still process the case normally. In that scenario , I will be denied at the interview day after months of waiting.
I managed to request the intercept service but usps didn't guarantee that they can intercept the package for me.

Hi everyone ,
I'm a LPR since 12/19/2013 , so I send my N-400 package on 09/19/2016. The expected delivery day will be 09/21/2016.
I've just figured out that the earliest day I can file my N-400 is 09/20/2016 .
I signed the date 09/19/2016 in my N-400 form. I send the application on 09/19/2016 from Philadelphia USPS.
The delivery date will be 09/21/2016
My question is which day will be regarded as the filing day ? Will they consider the signed day in the N-400 form, or the postmark day when I sent , or the day when the package actually delivered to Texas ?
If they consider the signed day or day when I sent from the usps, which is 09/19 then I will have trouble.
If they consider the delivery day , which is 09/21 , I will be ok ?
I requested the intercept service from usps but I don't know if it work and the package will be returned to me.
What should I do now ?
Thank you so much.
