well number one, I'd suggest saving the marriage before worrying about your greencard. two months isn't a long time especially in your position. havee you two attempted marriage counselling?

I am here in usa for 2 month ago cr1 visa and i have 2 years green card but recently i have many problems with my american wife

and we feel its so hard for our relation to success so we r getting divorce and i need ur advice how not losing my green card after the 2 years finish any ideas ?

my second question what if in this 2 years getting marry from us citizen after i divorce is it possible and how the procedure gonna be ?

Hmmm....I have seen these kind of cases before on VJ. I am unsure about the reason. I apologize if I wasted your time.

In this case, because your case is in AP, it will take time for them to review. It has nothing to do with K1 and CR1.

They may require some more evidence or scrutiny with your case. Did you get any hints in the interview that CO is not sure about your case?

co told me everything looks fine and she gave me paper its called uscis immigrant fee includes the steps how to pay for the green card and includes my alien number then she asked for my passport and i gave it to her

Are you talking about same embassy that has time diff between K1 and CR1?

If the embassies are different, time may vary.

at the same day i had the interview there was a girl that having interview too for k1 visa and mine was cr1 visa ... after two days she picked up her visa from the embassy but me after two days the case changed from ready to AP

If the paper says you have been approved then all is good.

Very Very likely they are working on printing your visa, you should expect to receive your passport in the time frame provided by the embassy

Is there different types of administrative processing ? For example 1- during the interview the CO telling u that u under administrative processing and gives u 221g

2- the Co tells u everything looks fine and gives u ( uscis immigrant fee handout includes ir alien number and the steps how to pay for the green card ) but after the interview the case changed on website from ready to administrative processing..is that possible maybe they all going throw printing the visa process ?

But the embassy here in qatar dont ship with aramex u have to go to the embassy to pick ur visa

So how i know that its stamped ?

It was only 4 minutes and she didn't ask for any bona fodes

And they be4 i meet the CO ,the guy who received the original papers didnt ask me for anything except the medical

Then when i done with the co and back home they called me again to bring clearance certificate

I had my interview last thursday and at the end of the interview the CO told me everything looks fine and we will email u next week and she asked me for my passport and i gave it to her then after one hour someone from the embassy called me asking about my original clearance certificate and he told me u can get it now so i back again to the embassy amd gave it to them and they gave me packet includes ( my photos album that i sent the uscis and paper called immigrant fee it says how to pay for the green card and its inlude my alien number and dos number )

So is my visa approved ?

hello guys i had the interview today for cr1 visa and here what happened

she asked me how did u met ur wife - where did u meet - where was ur marrying - and questions about the joint sponsor

at the end of the interview she told me everything looks fine and we will contact u next week then she asked me to give her my passport and i gave her passport photos . after one hour i got call from the embassy asking for the original clearance certificate and they told me u can bring it now so i did and they gave me back the family photos and paper says the steps how to pay for the green card

so i want u guys give me some of ur experiences ( is my visa approved ?)

i got this email from the embassy and my interview after tomorrow but i don't know why they are asking me about the family photos and they wanna discuss it with me and why they don't wait till the interview ?!

here is the email ...

Your interview date is November 17, 2016 at 10:30 am, please come half an hour before your interview.

You bring your medicals and original police certificates.

Please provide your phone number to discuss family photos.

If the consular asked me what ur family or ur wifes family feel about ur marriage? The only answer comes to my mind is to say that they r happy but i feel its not good answer so does anyone has good answer to say it ??

I did the test today but still didnt get the result

I dont smoke drugs and I haven't any diseases be4 but i feel worried if i failed it

Is that normal am scared of the medical test more than i scared of the interview ?

and what if someone failed the test is no way to pass the interview ?

Ask yourself why would they they need they need the citizens birth certificate when this whole process is about you.

You said yourself it's not listed in what to bring.

Do you know of anywhere that anyone had to bring or required.
