I made an info pass appointment and wasn't able to print the appointme page that I was supposed to bring with me. Now I can't figure out whether I can access my appointment online to print the page. Does anyone know about this? If I just show up without the appointment page, would they allow me to get in? Should I make another appointment?

My status on line hasn't changed since the bio appointment. I guess I need to make an info pass appointment then. Thanks for your advice.

I have sent thick document responding to RFE 2 weeks ago. I am a little bit nervous as I am not sure whether they got it alright and ... Do you recommend just forget about it for now until I hear from them or how do I follow up with them to make sure they got my documents? I have the proof of delievery but not sure whether that is enough.

I received a blue letter requesting evidence. I sent Joint Checking, Joint Lease Agreement, Utility bills, Insurance records, Joint Tax Returns, 2 affidavits already with the initial application. Does it mean that that was not enough? I don't have any more evidence as we don't have a kid together. Should I just send the same thing all over again?

Also, the envelop they sent to me is too small. What should I do?

I am filling out I-751, and I marked Yes on number 9 as we have moved this year to a new apartment. I explained on a separte paper with the old address and the dates. I am wondering why this is listed with other questions such as arresting...and I am a little worried whether moving to a new address will make this process harder... Any thoughts?

Does it have to get it from Friends or family members are OK to write Affidavit as well? Thanks for your help.

I had an AOS interview last Thursday. I received an email that my interview has been canceled today. However, I alredy had one, and waiting for a green card. What is hapeening there? Should I be worried?

My card production was ordere d on February 20th and I actually received the card on February 26th.

I heard that generally if you bring the welcome letter to info pass, then they can stamp the passport. Were you given the welcome letter after the interview?

OK, finally after three days touches, I got card production email just now. Now, my question is how long after I will get approval email for EAD. Never ending... I really can't wait till this thing is over.

Yea, I am definately confused. He said everything will be finished by next week. I now think my name chek may have been finished but he didn't want to stamp my passport... Not sure. He also checked on Further review not on Secrity Clearance on the paper he gave me. It made me more confused. I guess for now, I just need to wait for Work permit to come soon, since I got touched last three days.

I just had the AOS interview in SF. Our appt was at 1:45PM, we were called by an interviewer at 2:20PM, and the interview finished at about 2:30PM. Interview itself was very painless. He just asked our drivers' licenses, social security cards, and passports. He asked my and my husband's birthday, and talked a little bit about my husband's work, joke a little bit, and said........................

You will receive your green card in 2 to 3 weeks. I asked him whether he can stamp my passport since I have a job offer, and he said he can't because security check has not finished yet. Then, he said if I receive my work permit, make sure to tear it off and I will receive my green card very soon. He also gave me a paper says "Your case has been contnued for the resaons below" He marked, further review and didin't mark security clearance. He said many times to make sure I tear off the work permit card, which I have not even received. Now, I am not sure how does he know that my security clearance will be finished soon and get my green card in 2 weeks if my name check has not been finished? I really need a work permit and I feel terrible that not able to get the stamp. ....

Congrats Hanster I myself just got touched on EAD, and hope to get the approval email tomorrow like you. hehe BTW, do you think I can start working just to show this email to the employer?

I feel the same way about K1 and kind of regret that should have got married overseas and got K3 or direct filing. It shoud be much easier and quicker process for K1 visa holder to get adjusted to permanent resident status as INS already approved the intention of coming to US to get married and get green card. I do not feel too happy as tourist/employment non immigrant visa holders get green card as same way and time as Fiance visa holders who had filed and waited more than 6 months to come to US and followed the right way.

I just wanted to let you guys know that after no touches for 41 days, i finally got a touch on my EAD last night. I think i am getting the EAD soon, right?

After almost reaching 90 days, we got our EAD approval today...

Congratulations I will have my interview on the 15th, and it is good to know that you got the stamp. Do you think if I bring my job offer letter, they would stamp my passport as well?

We filled at January 11 and we allready recieved RFE and my EAD and my AP. So good luck to everybody.

Congrats Sisibisi!!! That is really quick approval for EAD. Did you send the EAD together with AOS? I have the offer letter to start the job on March 16th and despirately waiting for EAD. I am very worried that I don't get EAD on time and lose this great job opportunity.
