I just wanted to ask if any of you guys here knows the requirements for NCLEX-PN in California.I'm a license nurse in the Philippines but as what I've know CA will no longer accept foreign nurses by this time. With all of those, I opted to make a second choice which is LVN instead. And my concerns are, do I have to take classes or other subjects for me to become eligible?How long would it take just in case?What would be the requirements? Actually, I'm a k1 visa holder and I'm still here in Philippines right now, I'm seeking your help guys as part of preparation for my stay in CA soon.

Your ideas and help will be much appreciated.

I have something to share with you all and I hope you can share me something to look forward soon just to put my mind at ease. I'm freaking out right now due the mistake I've maid towards the boss of my father or should I say I was able to insult her thru text messaging. She was abusing my father physically(heavy workload given,treated like a poor slave,no break time when at work specially those times when my father got sick) with some verbal insult. It doesn't only happened once but for a couple of times already. At this time,I can't take it any longer, the reason why I claimed to insult her through two phone text messages. I didn't say anything on it but I just insisted saying'' Please do not give my father that heavy workload coz he's not feeling well and if ever something happen to him I will blame you,please have courtesy and respect if you have any because we are human too''. I didn't say Hi mA'Am nor what, I got bothered observing my father's health conditions when he got home after work. But she became so angry coz she got insulted that way.And now, she was threatening me verbally to cancel my visa,she'll call the USEM and NBI to file a case against me for abusing and disrespecting her and she will also file another case like murder as she can afford billions of amount to pay someone to witness, as she said.She is crazy enough to do that. It might be a chase but somehow I am afraid coz I don't know what will happened next. She has money and she can afford everything she want against me.I have my visa on hand right now and I'm getting ready for my flight nextweek. Would it be possible that my visa will be on hold due to the incident?

I've got my interview yesterday for k1 visa at USEM and I think I'm approved. After I answered few simple questions, he handed me a white small paper and domestic violence pamphlete and he said you can go. The CO officer didn't even asked single evidence of which I have prepared like tons of chat logs, skype logs, pictures that weigh almost 7kls.lol. I'm done in just 3 mins I think. Now, I tried to track my status online and it says READY,check your status after two business days. What does it mean?

Which one has the correct entry? If your birth certificate has the correct spelling, just request a new cenomar following the spelling in your birth certificate. Maybe you just had some typos when u fill up cenomar request form.

But if your birth certificate is erroneous, you have to fix that asap.

Do you have passport already?

Yeah we just have some typos when requesting cenomar we didn't make it according to my BC. We think it is E instead and we have been using it to other docs also when submitting our petition.

I just wanted to ask, we didn't indicate my middle name on Ds160 form since only surname and first name were ask and we already submitted it.

Would it be a big problem during my interview?

I've read several thread here regarding that matter and some said that we have to create new application and put my middle name after my first name instead.But there are some also that when they tried to create new application their status changed from READY to NO STATUS and it's a big deal for me knowing that I don't want it to happen in our case since our status is now READY.

What would be your best advice guys? What should I do?

I have a problem regarding my fiances Cenomar(petitioner) he was born in the Philippines but now in the US as american citizen, I requested his cenomar from NSO just in case the CO will ask,but upon receipt of the documents, I've noticed that there's no Middle name indicated for his parents but only the Fathers/mother's name and lastname.

Do you think would it be problem during interview?

Hi I've got the same situation here there was a double entry of my fathers family name and they use my mother's married name instead of maiden name. I was so sure that I made it correctly but this is what happen. My interview would be on Oct. 26 and maybe I still have time. A bit nervous now. Huhu ?.

I was thinking that we really need to fill out those form again since the interview date is blank. Hehe simple thing but made us crazy. It was happened because we made our registration online for SLEC before we made our interview appointment coz we were thinking that it's a slot to slot basis,but now we have a date of confirmation for interview scheduled on oct. 26,2016. We were worried and thinking that we have to go back and register again then put the interview date instead.

My fiancee made an online registration at SLEC but he didn't put the interview date for we were not able to made an appointment for interview yet. Now, SLEC sent me a confirmation of our online reg. and we just realized that we didn't put the date of our interview that made us confuse now. However,we are about to make our appontment for interview and planning to have our schedule this Oct. 26 and 4 days before my interview I'll be having my medical. Does it matter? Or do we need to fill up new application again with the date of our interview.

Hi guys, is it true that AOS must be notarized as part of the requirements for interview for k1 visa Phil? Do we need to submit the original copy too?

We didn't include those stuffs in our packet in filing k1 that's why we have to secure just in case I'll be ask during my interview.

I've read some thread but it's unclear since some said that no need.

But anyway, We were now able to schedule my interview on Oct. 26 and maybe I'll be having my medical 3-4 days before, it depends on but ay least we already registered online.

I have some questions regarding the schedule of medical/interview online for k1 visa Phil.

We've paid the visa at BPI and we're now about to schedule our interview and medical online. My question is, can we schedule our medical at SLEC 5days after my menstrual period and interview three days later after medical?I've read some thread regarding this matter but some are not updated. Some said should be 10 days after period and some are 2-7 days. I just want to clarify for those who have tried.
