Thank you I have not filed the I-864 affidavit of support form but is it a must to file that along with the rest of the AOS package? As I have heard we need a minimum income of about $20000 but my wife (us citizen) works part time and makes less than that. So will this an issue?

I am applying for my green card and I have a question that's bothering me a lot. I graduated from college with a Math major in December 2015 and started my OPT on Feb 8th 2016 (I am a international student). I was working as a Mathematics tutor in the University. I married on may 2016 and then moved states in August. I worked as a tutor until July 9th 2016. I am planning on mailing my full AOS package in a couple of days but i was wondering if I needed a lawyer since I stopped working in July? as far as I know I cannot be unemployed for more than 90 days during OPT and for OCT 10th 2016 it will be around 3 months of being unemployed. Will this affect me in any way? or do I need a lawyer?

Thank you very much. Really appreciate it . Also, when I'm mailing my I-130, I-485, I-765 and both G-325, do i just put all the forms and all documents (evidence proving our marriage is real) in just a file and mail it? or is there a certain/good way of doing it?

but I am still a bit confused on the Eligibility category. Is C9 the category? if so What category is that?

I am an F-1 Student and currently in my OPT. I married in May to a US citizen and I am now filling for my green card. I have a problem figuring out my eligibility category in the I-765 form for work authorization. I graduated college in December 2015 and was approved for my OPT in feb 2016 and I am Currently in my OPT so will my category be ©(3)(a) or ©(3)(b)? Please help me thank you very much.
