She can not.

She can apply for a visitor visa and visit her daughter but she can not live there.

When your wife become a citizen she can apply for her mom to come there.

Hello all,

We are in the process right now of getting a K-1 for my fiancee (she lives in Brazil).

We have already submitted the I-129F and it has been approved (We received NOA1 and NOA2).

I'm currently working on form I-134.

Our question is this...

Is it possible to have her mother come live with us once we are living together BEFORE she applies for U.S. Citizenship?

She wants to be with her mother for health reasons.

I don't think this is possible but I am certainly not an expert on this stuff like a lot of you in this community are.

But my understanding is that only U.S. citizens can apply for family members to immigrate to U.S.

Any information or tips would be great.
