I would like to tell you all that my waiver has been approved on monday, give thanks to the almighty jah!!!,and for all those ppl who are still awaiting theirs just be paitent and trust in the almighty just remember paitent might sometimes hurt u but its always a virtue!!! I was charge with smoking cannabis in barbados in 1998 amount one ciggarette and i paid 350 barbados dollars i have gotten many waivers for my o1 and b1 b2 visas already but now i applied for an eb1a green card and they ssy i need a i601 waiver i apply for the waiver from april 18th and im still waiting on nebraska !!! What do you think is my chance of gettin an approval and how long from now ???
