So after a while our i-130 updated to case approved but 485 requested me to send a new medical report to make a final decision does anyone know how long it will take after i send the report for them to make a decision?thank you in advance....

Hie guys its been over 120 days after our aos interview and still no response. We have called uscis 6 times now and they still tell us there is no decision yet. I have read about some people talking about a Congressman can anyone help us on how to go about contacting a congressman or anyway that can help us get an answer.infopass may not be a good idea for us because my husband is away for 2 months with work and will be back may 6,,or is it possible that i can schedule the appointment and go without him?thank you in advance...and by the way our interview was in san francisco ca

Well we are in the same situation its been 3 months now after we went for our interview and still nothing called them and they said there is no decision yet. Where was your interview?

Oh ok they probably called you for a second one because you have been married for more than 2 years. You might be getting a 10 year green card instead of the conditional one.i think you are safe.

At least it shows that you had your interview and its done.ours is still stuck on the "interview scheduled" thing as annoying as it is we should just be patient and wait there is nothing more one can do
