I really appreciate all the help I got by reading this threat as well. we filled on october 19, 2016; our NOA1  october 25 2016. We haven't received anything as yet. Is everything Ok? After i received the I130 approval(i guess thats next step) what should I do? Thank you in advance

He actually did his biometric appt today(october 25), they said the will have his interview in January so he should have the Oath/ceremony around March or before, that will be 5 months after NOA1 if he becomes a citizen before march 25, so I think we are good, everything should be good. Thanks!

If your husband becomes a citizen really soon (before NOA2) then you are looking at about a year. If he does not get his citizenship you are looking at about 2 years. If he gets his citizenship sometime after NOA2, then the delay will be however long it took for him to get citizenship.

Hi guys, we are super happy to announce that we finally got married on September 12 after almost 8 years of relation. My husband is a permeant resident but he´s also in the process of becoming a citizen(we filed N400 on sep.12), so we got married in New York and we filed I130 to Chicago lockbox on Oct. 19, received NOA1 on Oct. 25; Im now back in my country where is our understanding will be process our case, case was routed to California Service Center for processing. So my question is, when will my I130 be approved? Any idea people filling to California Service Center or case being routed there? Thank you so much!
