I am a US citizen and have been in the Philippines working for the last 2 years. I've proposed to my girlfriend, now my fiance', and we need to understand what we need to do as far as getting married. She currently has a 10 year multiple entry VISA for the USA. We actually just returned from Hawaii a few months ago. But the questions that I have are..... Do we need to get married in the USA? if so, do we have to get another visa for her? A fiance' visa? Do we need to get married in the Philippines as well as the USA. One or the other or both? whatever the case is, what type of documentation do we need to complete, etc. Any help would be very appreciated
