Hi.. please help! My son has a petition and got approved (NVC stage). My question is.. my husband is a soldier and got an order to Korea and will be deploying soon, what will gonna happen with my son's petition if we'll be going to Korea? If the petition is Philippines to US.. but what will going to happen is we are getting him once we get to Korea so he will fly Philippines to Korea. Do i need to disregard the petition and apply him for tourist visa in Korea instead? Anyone has the same case like i do? Please help.. thanks in advance!
