I believe it is also due to completing a Non-immigrant K1 Visa for my DS-160 form but I can't apply for a non-immigrant on my profile. Sooo confused!!!!

Also; I haven't applied for a K1 visa because I'm stuck on this question, the U.S Consulate General in Sydney, Australia on the other hand have gone ahead and scheduled an interview date/time with me via email.

I'm all ready to go but going with other people's timeline; it's way too soon!

It was only 3 weeks after the U.S Consulate received my petition from the NVC. Gotta get my medical, police check, I-134 completed, book a flight out to Sydney all in less than 3 weeks!!! Bring it on!!!

I have just created a profile & I am trying to apply for my K1 visa. I can only continue if I choose the 'Immigrant' option.

Is this correct?

Just making sure I'm applying for the right visa incase it's not and I can't get my money back.
