They have to remain unmarried though.

as long as they’re unmarried try to pay fees i made mistake of not paying for 3 & now have a problem

Filed for sister and family in 2003 she her husband were able to come here but due to not having an Affadavit of support for her children they werent able to Immigrant with them now embassy is closed and i hadn’t paid fees yet for 3 of her children i paid for eldest at time because of money issues but 3 others i wasnt able to now how can them for them 3 when case is in Islamabad already but embassy isnt offering appointments? 

She had 4 kids one was included through cspa rule born in 1993

but other daughter born in 1998 no response yet about whether she would be included or not

Anyway, it’s telling you to appear for the interview on the mentioned time and day.

They asked for an updated medical as well.

Good afternoon,

i have filled an application F4 for my sibling and her family as well. She has already immigrated but rest are down as follow to join I have tried contacting NVC center here & Islamabad embassy. I have tried to fill ds260 online but it’s. Isn’t available until after I pay the fees & theres no option for that as well .Anyone in same situation if so please let me what I can do in order to take case forward

It said refused first for main beneficiary it just changed today to AP so found it strange.

sent new one past Monday 09/10/2018

now ceac has beneficiary also as AP 

Medical is expired as well by now it’s been a year 

have sent total of 3 Affadavit’s each was denied because of income & fact joint sponsors didn’t let me no they had filled someone else’s 

no luck finding another joint sponsor 

meanwhile Son of beneficiary was in AP 

ceac checker said refused for beneficiary (needed a joint sponsor)

now it says AP as well for Beneficiary. 

My family member has been in AP since December  2017 interview was in August 2017 was asked for another affadavit of support but it wasn’t enough total I have submitted 3 and this recent one is 4 one hopefully it goes through. Last email I have received is today’s which says documents are in review & they hope to finish AP soon as well.Just being patient & praying for the best.

Try emailing the embassy for information.

I have and they have wrote refused for main applicant because New Affadavit of support needed. But other is son which shows still as administrative processing. Have emailed same response please be patient. Have trouble finding a new sponsor right now.

I've been given this form DS-5535 at Islamabad consulate after interviewing on August 16,2017 I am very confused if it's mandatory for siblings information especially date of birth that's very personal information.

I had filed a petition for my sister in Dec 19,2003. The oldest sons birthday is 03/28/1993 he is unmarried. It was approved in 2011. I have received papers Sept 2016 to send affidavit of support in will my nephew be included?
