It's a EWI. No DACA. Could he still get a DACA? We are consulting with an attorney next week about the situation. Is it better to do something once we are married?

Hi All,
This is all new to me and not sure where to begin. A friend of mine had referred me to the website for help. I am a US Citizen and trying to get my fiancés paperwork straight. We will be getting married this October. He has been in the US since 2003 (age13). He does not have a VISA. He has a Guatemala passport and passport ID. He did get his business license a couple years back in the US with a tax ID #. I am hoping he does not have to go back since his business is here. What do we need to do?
