Here's a screenshot of the signature area when filling out the I-134 Affidavit of Support while hovering over the Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor after the "I acknowledge that I have read....." fill-in box.

The important part being "Enter Sponsor Full Name".

I see that this is an older thread; however, I had the same question today regarding what to put in this space on the I-134 and found this thread. Perhaps the USCIS has updated the fillable pdf to date since this post, because now when hovering over the space after the "I acknowledge that I have read...." area, the pop-up states the following:

"Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor. I acknowledge that I have read "Sponsor and Alien Liability" on Page 2 of the instructions for this form, and am aware of my responsibilities as a sponsor under the Social Security Act, as amended, and the Food Stamp Act, as amended. Enter Sponsor Full Name."

Haven't figured out how to post an image yet, but will try to add the screenshot I took once we figure it out.
