    My Family

    Father (61) years old

    Mother (59) years old

    Me (24) years old (unmarried)

    My smaller brother (20)years old (unmarried)(us citzen) and he will be 21 after 2 month

    We lived in US 8 years

    We all have SSN

    We lived their since my father had visa working and when he left the work we left US

    Questions:

    May i know the shortest way for me to get the green card?

    I heard from people that there is 2 ways

    -wait until my parents take the green card and then they fill for me application?

    -Or let my brother fill it for me ?

    I want to know how many years for both ways

    After my brother fill the application for my parents when will they get the green card?

    Is their different if my brother fill the application for my parents in our country or in US? They take the same period of time?
