My case is actually very crucial and may be confusing.

So my ex spouse and I were very in love but she wanted more and was asking me to invite a third lady so we could have a threesome. I couldn't deal with that request although we love each other so well. Because of that, she treated me with all manner of disrespect regardless of who was there at the moment. She was verbally and very non chalant when it came to our household (we met in college and were together for 4 years but married for 3 years before the divorce). I didn't file my AOS immediately because I felt it was no rush as I still had OPT.

I filed for divorce, it got finalised then I sent a ROC waiver. We will still remained in contact. We do still talk like lovers on the phone or on dates. I really do love her. Now she's been begging and pleading that we get back together and remarry cos she can't spend her future with no one else but me. I actually do love the idea but I am scared those demons will come back again maybe not now perhaps in the future. We did try counselling too but she was adamant on what she wanted.

My question now is, since I do love her and although I feel stupid even thinking of getting back together as in marriage again. Will that have any impact in my removal of conditions or future immigration benefits?

I need anyone knowledgeable or with insight especially those who have personally been in this situation to help out.

My wife and I got married in the summer of 2013, I got my green card last year July. Unfortunately, out marriage which we both tried to save ended in divorce. I know I must file for removal with a waiver. I'm having challenges answering question 21 in part 1. Will my answer be yes or no. Or should I write N/A. Also, do I have to fill part 4 (information about us citizen spouse). It says spouse or former spouse. It's quite confusing.

Does my ex spouse letter of support do any good to my case?
