I am a little confuse about my situation and i was woundering if you can help me or direct me to the right people so i can get the right informations.

I am a canadian citizen who is planning to marry a american citizen, i know that he needs to send the application of the 325 and the K1 with all of his and my info proof of citizenship (passport and all) but my question is that i am withchild and we want to be marry now and be together through out the pregnancy... as soon as we can...

I know that a canadian is allowed to be a long term visitor up to 6 months...

But is there something special i need to do...a special form or another kind of application, for a long term visitor?

And is it a safe and possible according to your laws of immagration?.

Last thing i want is not to be legal or make any mistake, then be deported and never to be able to be together again.

please help !!!!
