Hi again, just wanted to update this thread as i mentioned previously. I recently got emails and text messages from uscis saying that the case is accepted and routed to texas processing center. I got 6 messages (3 me + 3 for wife). The checks are not cashed yet.

Since it is not sent back to me, I believe we sent it to the right address. So if anyone is applying in the same status as me, lewisville is the correct address. Not chicago. To recap, my eb1b petition was approved through job (university). I sent i485 to lewisville address.

Hi, thanks for your response. I do realize it is not exactly the way it is supposed to be. I already added my I-140 into my timeline but I am not sure where it is supposed to pop up so i added it to my signature since it is in the signature.

BTW, we mailed my AOS to Lewisville on Sunday. I will let know whether the checks get cashed and it gets accepted on this thread. Thanks so much for responses.

We are filing based on "6. A pending or approved Form I-140: You must include a copy of the Form I-797 showing that your Form I-140 was accepted or approved." and we live in CT, so that points me to the Lewisville, Texas. (courier) address.

On the other hand, sensuelle1985's address is for the marriage based cases, am i wrong? We have an employment based petition, not marriage based. So will it be Chicago or Texas? could someone clarify please? Thanks so much.

I am submitting (with wife) the AOS documents (I-485 with I-765 and I-131). My wife got me a little paranoid last night about the mailing address that I was planning on using. We live in CT and we are mailing based on an approved I-140 petition. We have included i797 approval notice in the package. I thought that we are supposed to mail all documents (including 765 and 131) to here (we will use fedex express):

My I140 was recently approved (EB1B) and I am gathering documents for 485 together, with 765 and 131 documents for EAD/AP. I just saw that the stated salary in my EVL for 485 is slightly higher than the salary stated in i140 employment letter. Do you think this would raise any flags? 485 EVL states that the job will be available and 140 employment letter states the salary that I am currently being paid.
