As long as you have your NVC number, you can now pay for the visa fee and then schedule your interview.
Hello,
I don't think so. I still need to get the NOA2 and then call NVC. I think I still need a document from NVC to get police clearance. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Case Was Sent To The Department of State
On October 4, 2016, we sent your case, Receipt Number **************, to the Department of State for visa processing. Please visit our website for general information on Consular Processing. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
What is next ? I should receive my
NOA2 via mail and then call VNC ? How long time do you think I will be scheduled for embassy interview ?

You will get your NOA2 via mail soon.
Once you get your NOA2,wait for 1 week then you can call NVC and ask if they receive your case.
And for NVC stage it will just take 6 weeks fr0m the time you will submit your another set of package.
~~moved to progress reports from process and procedures. Please read the guides and wikis~~
Thank you guys, appreciate it.

Hello everyone,
I just checked my online status for I-130 and I was shocked when I saw this:
"On August 25, 2016, we transferred your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by September 24, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
Please I need to know if this is normal and how long time does the process take? Should I wait for another 4 months?

Dear,
I am Syrian citizen and I submitted my IR1 documents to NVC on December 27th,2016. I have been waiting for more than three months and a half with no answer. I sent NVC a mail and received an automatic reply which showed no information. Please let me know what to do, how to accelerate the process?
Regards,
