yes u can use a downloaded form but u need to wait the bar coded sheet came from nvc.

thank u very much for quickly reply.I know i made mistake signing out my G325 form using my maidden name.and ds230 form.but my ids,police clearance and passport i already adopted my married name.i hope it wont make a big problem to our papers.

MY QUESTION IS

IS this a problem using my maiden name rather than my married name ?pls hep us .i need some ideas
