Hi, we sent our package back in April, did our finger prints may 4 but we have still not yet received the travel document or the work permit.  I live in California.  Does anyone knows how much longer it will take or how can I know about the processing times?  Thanks.

Hi, I sent my 485 packet in April and completed fingerprints on may 4th but I haven't heard from them since then.  What are the waiting times at this time?  Thanks

Feeling anxious 😬.   How long after you mail your 485, you hear back from USCIS? 

On the advance parole form I know it's optional but what do I write where it asks on the date of teavel?  We don't have one we only want to have this in case of emergency.   It also asks for information about proposed travel.  Can I write in case of emergency?

Dumb question (maybe). I have 4 dependents but on the form itself the #1 is outo populated  where it asks you to add items 1-7. Where do I writhe the 4?

Under total income do I add up my w2's. Or use the total income on the 1040 form?  I have total wages and total income as two different amounts because I have income that is non taxable.  Hopefully this is my last question on this form. Thanks!

I am sending the adjustment of status package along with the I864.   This is for a K-1 visa.  I read somewhere that the I-193 is not requieres if his medical was done less than a year ago which is our case.  His medical was back in September.  Do I not sumit it? Do I still include a compy of his vaccination?  thanks! 

How many months worth of pay stubs don I beed?  Also how many bank statements? I only have the letter from the bank where it shows my balance and when account was opened.

stuck here.  Part 5 .   Person you are sponsoring on this affidavit.  1. My now husband.    Then it asks persons I am not sponsoring which is where I list my dependents however it's asking if I am married to enter 1 for my spouse. But entering one there will count him twice.  

Form 485 under a k1 visa.  Part B. It asks to list the spouse (me) I am the petitioner.  Then it's asking " applying with you?  Is that yes or no.  I marked no but I am confused. 

Now what do I put where it says " in what status did you last entered?  Like I said he entered on a k1 visa.   Is that what I'm supposed to writhe on there?

Cuestion #16. Eligibility Category? For a K1 visa holder  is it C6 or C9?  This is confusing

Part 3 of the 485 form where it asks " where you inspected by an immigration officer I marked yes". Then it asks for the visa number. Is that the control number on the passport? I just can't see where it says visa number

I'm stuck again.   Do I need to count my parents to whom I filed a I-864. About 14 years ago and no longer leave with me?   Do I count them as part of my household?  There is a question asking me to list all person I filed this form before.  Does that means I also have to meet the poverty guidelines for them as well? Thanks and sorry for the confusion

My income is enough without her income.  Thank you very much!

Thanks!  Where it confuses me is that I don't know if because she is part of my household I have to include her income on the 864.  She is disabled and receives SSI.
