Petitioner signs in 7 and Spouse signs in part 8 is what the PDF editor seems to be directing the user to enter. I was just taken back by all the wording was related to the biometrics in Part 8. It seems what the form is implying in part 8 that if there are any questions that the Citizen Spouse can be required to supply biometric information as well. Excuse me for my ignorance on this subject , but I'm guessing that OP means Original Petitioner. Any further responses hugely appreciated.

For the Petitioner to sign is what we hoped for and what we will do. But do I just leave the Spouse's name at the beginning of Part 8. Where it say I (spouse name)? I guess I don't have any choice but to leave it. Any comments appreciated and thanks so much for those who are commenting.

PDF Editor was used for I-751 form entry. In Part 8 the Spouse's Name appears automatically and is not input capable, therefore it appears it can't be changed to the Petitioner. Then the question becomes Who Signs at 6a. It would seem to be desirable for the Petitioner to sign here, but would that be wrong and does the signature have to be the same as the auto entered Spouse's name that was forced in by the PDF editor? Thanks very much for responses.

As I proceeded to use Chrome I noticed when I tried to save the PDF, that I lost all newly keyed data. I wasted 2 hours trying to fix this but was not successful. Therefore I decided to try Msft Edge. It worked similar to Chrome but when I saved in Edge I lost no data. I plan to finish using Edge.

In Adobe when I checked Y in 16 it would permit me to key in Physical Address Fields, but if I checked N
then it would not let me key in the Physical Address fields.
In Chrome it would not let me key in the Physical Address fields at all.
Therefore, I left the Physical Address fields blank, given that the Physical Address was the
same as the Mailing Address anyway. Thanks for this question and the other answers.

On input capable fields in the I-751 Form the entry of N/A and none isn't accepted. For example Part 1, question 9 will not accept none, giving a message to the effect that all positions must contain an entry. Part 1 question 13 will not accept N/A because only numbers are accepted for the date. It would appear that I should follow the for and make entries where I have information and leave the rest blank. I would like very much to hear what others have to say about this topic. Thanks Very Much for each and every response.

Does the term Addendum simply refer to the photos and evidence which is included with the completed I-751?

The I-751 evidence is supported with photos. Is it recommended that a list of the photos with a brief explanation of each photo and a date or approximate date be included? Any explanation of how to present and organize the photos, explain the photos would be very valuable. Thanks greatly in advance for you replies.

The I-751 pdf has input fields that can be entered online. However some entries such as signatures are not input capable. Is it usual to print the form after making all the input capable entries and then manually making the additional entries, such as signatures? Then does one scan the completed form back in for filing with USCIS? Thanks much for replies.

The response here from MariekeH very simply makes Part 7 and Part 8 of the I-751 much easier to understand.
