This might be an easy answer to some of you. I got my wife here in the US by K1 Visa. We just recently received her I-551(green card) and I-797, Removal of Conditional Basis of Lawful Permanent Residence. Our issue right now is that my wife has a son who is 12 at the moment that was left behind in her country. What kind of visa we can use to bring him here in the US? I'm not sure if K2 Visa will still be applicable for him to enter the US since my wife arrived here 4 years ago.
