yes Kenan Flagler accepted me. I wanna visit college and see my staying place once before starting my studies. This is my first time to US. This realtor I met in LinkedIn and we had conversations on shared apartment /girls dorms. I have to pay him, not a special help.

When I come to Virginia or Carolina to study, I need to find a place to stay. I met a person online , he is a realtor and he said he will help me to find a good PG at affordable rate and I have to prepare everything like my place to stay, before I go to study there.​ So I need a tourist or K1 (initially I thought K1 is to meet relatives/friends but now I know its a wedding visa)visa to go meet the person to see my place near college and to get an idea of how I am going to survive there for next 2 years, before a month of my classes start. Also I have to work part time there and I think its a common practice all over the world that students work to cover their small expenses wherever they study. I am clear now ! I am not casting a wide net.. ! Thanks.

I met a person in linkedin and started to chat in gmail and skype. Is it possible to get K1 visa based on this to meet that person? What are the eligibilities and documents needed?
