We're both the same guys....They received August 15th and we received text/email in 23rd then received hard copy by 26th but till now no biometrics letter.....Maybe they do again in biometrics by batch ??

Finally my receipts number are working on line, 2 weeks after I received NOA1...Thank you Lord...Hoping and praying I receive biometric letter soon.
