So we were married within 90 days of entering the U.S. Where do we send the AOS forms? to the chicago office?

Hello, my wife came over on a fiance visa and we were married within the 90 day timeframe. Now we are sending in the 485 form or Adjustment of Status. My question is on all the forms should we put her married last name (mine) or her maiden last name before we got married??

some of the documents from when we filed the fiance visa has her maiden name on them already, but what about on the new AOS forms?? Thanks for the help!!!

So my approval was august 4th, do you think everything including the visa interview will be done within 2 1/2 months?

I'm a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bulgaria and we were just notified that our fiancee petition has been approved!!!! Our RFE received date was July 12h and we were approved on August 4th!!!! My service here ends on Ocotber 17 and I was worried that my fiancee wouldnt be able to fly back on the same plane with me to america but now it looks like everything is going along so we can both go back together!!!

And I got 3 of the approval confirmation emails, all sent at the same time!! I thought that was odd but really cool!!!!!! Well thanks for all the answers people and I will definitely stay on this forum. Hang in there everybody, yours is coming soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I got the email saying they received my IMBRA RFE on July 12th and then i was touched on July 13th. So since they got my rfe on july 12th and i got the email everyone is getting, can i go by that for a estimate?

Hey i read posts where people say their first NOA has processing time on it such as 80-120 days. However i do not see a time on mine. Does anyone know where i can find it? Thanks!

Hello, the California service center recieved my I-129F fiancee petition on April 13, 2006. I am currently in the Peace Corps and will end my service around October 27th of this year and we want everything to be ready to get on a plane at that same time. Does anyone think this will happen? What is the average for the I-129F petitions? Thanks for your help!!
