I pay 1200 baht for all 3 document to translate. 2500 baht per page that is a rip off.

for birth certificate, single status and house register; you need official translator. But for thing like chat log, email etc. you can use that format for translation.

it case by case there some are pass. it all up in the hand of CO in Thailand.

It is case by case some pass and some don't. But normally they don't like co-sponsor.

Property in Thailand don't really matter to the case. It has to be property in USA since you will be in living in USA. Co-Sponsor is look very bad in the eye of embassy because it look like he can't support his love one on his own. However they are some case that co-sponsor is fine and pass. So it really matter on what embassy decide it.

Car, house, money in the bank, life insurance and monthly income make sure it all add up to 125%.

That what I do too for my fiancé package is to write NVC number on the outside which is a good idea.

There is a overnight EMS for Thai post if you want it faster.

I got off the phone with NVC and I just got my case number.

NOA2: Sept 16, 2016

NVC#: Oct 07, 2016 (21 day from NOA2)

Just call NVC sec. ago and they still have not got my case yet.

my NOA2 approval on sept. 16 and been 2 week already.

Yea, I will try again next week to see if there are any update

Just Checked with NVC; they haven't got my case yet and they say it is up to 6 week to receive my case from USCIS.

6 week OMG >.< more waiting

Just got my Hard Copy of NOA-2 in the mail today.

I probably check with NVC sometime next week to see if they got my case yet.
