Thank you so much for your input. Greatly appreciated.

2 more questions,  did she have to wait outside the consulate for a long time? what time was she able to enter the consulate?

did she have the interview in Arabic or English?

    Thank youu

She got in about 30 min before the time they gave her she had 1:00 pm she walked in at 12:30 and it was in Arabic

if you are an Arab and your spouse Arab too it will be no problem to request Arabic as she will feel comfortable but if one the spouse American they will ask why can't speak English in this case all you have to say I'm nervous and I feel comfortable in Arabic and throw a couple phrases in English

    Hi Younesstyle;

I Have no idea why the fee increased once you input her information. I hope somebody in the forum has an answer to that.

I see that you applied for IR-1/CR-1 visa. Would you please post a review of your interview at Casablanca Consulate( questions asked by the CO, your medical exam ... ). 2 Moroccans are having their interview in September CR1 visa and we would highly appreciate it if you could tell us about your experience.

Thank you and I hope you find out the answer to your question soon

It's easy if your I-130 approved that's it just make sure you pay all your fees and affidavits of support shows you above th poverty line and can support who you bringing to USA , basically the whole process it's about money the more money you have the easier it gets Cz you show them that you can support your spouse and you don't need to get paid from sombody to fake a marriage to bring someone here.

if all you got all the above right the interview won't take but  a couple min just a routine questions that all and main reason for the interview it's just to get your passport to print a visa in it and that's all what happened with my wife she went 7/27 at 1:00 pm 3 min was done and   8/03 had her visa on hand

I hope that relaxed you and wish a smooth interview for all

  3. I filed in August.

8/17/16 Texas Service Center received the I130 for my wife in the Philippines.

Around 8/30/16 I received the NOA1. Today (October 13, 2016), the website shows the case has been approved.

Why all the Philippines they get approved in 1 moth you ar not the first I see too many ppl from Philippines got approved in 40 days maximum why is that ??

  4. my case status says ''response to uscis' request for evidence received''

what does that mean? we don't receive any RFE mail and dind't send anything to them.why it says they received our response to uscis' request for evidence?

They asking you about something you didn't include on the package you sent them .all you have to do is see what they asking for and that will be in the letter they will sent to you so get it and sent it to them that all buddy

  5. I am little confuse

My son going to sponsor by using his salary..and we live in same household but I am not his dependent

    Should he still file I 864 or I 864A?

Yes if he live with you he should file I-864a

And you should count him on your household size and prove both y'all have the same address

So I have the same problem here with my dad everything it going great until the question of his income for the the last years my dad start working only last year so I'm confused what to do

  6. First are you a USC ? If not you can't sponsor your parents. Assuming you are your household size includes your father and your wife and any other person you have signed for in the past , You count your father until he has 40 quarters of social security works ( about 10 years ) or until he becomes a USC ,

First thank you for your response

Yes I'm USC since 2014 and I have a joint sponsor but making sure do I need one or my household income enough or not ?

  7. HEY, I'm filling for my AOS and I already sent I-130 for my spouse now I'm Working on my mom paperwork I'm about to sent her I-130 and I-485 I also have my dad living with me with a GREEN CARD and I sponsored him until he got a job and and he have his own income

(Sorry I'm just trying to give the big image of the situation firing cane get the right guidelines )

    Ok here is what's going

Now I'm on form I-864 and I'm confused a little bit how I count my household size as I said my wife still outside the USA I and my parents both living with me my dad already have green card and income.

    And about the income

I usually make $20.800 a year but I didn't work July because I was Outside USA for unpaid vacation so it will be less then the number on I-864P but my dad makes $22.800

(He make more than me lol ) so if I count both of our incomes $41.000 my dad olso have a house worth about $40.000 and mortgage still owe about $23.000 so net of cash value is $17.000

So how do I have to count my household considering my wife outside the USA and my dad living with me and my mother it's the beneficiary she live with me too and our household income it enough or no ?

    Thank you in advance
