My fiancee is currently living with me but is returning home on Aug 26th. We're trying to get everything ready for the K-1 visa but we aren't sure about section 15 (the part to fill out if the fiancee is currently in the US).
Since she is leaving in less than 8 days, should we bother filling out section 15? I plan on mailing it before she leaves.
If we do fill it out, for section 15.d "Date authorized satay expired or will expire as shown on I-94 or I-95" her I-94 says D/S, so should we put that or the date which the D/S refers to?
