Hi folks...I am delighted to inform you all that I have passed my interview today and completed oathing as well...Going from F1 (as a student) to a Citizen is not a easy journey, have seen so many ups and downs but now feeling so happy and relaxed.....My journey ends here with USCIS...

Good Luck if anybody is still waiting for their interview...Thank you one and all...

congratulation!!! what time was your appointment and when you could attend the oath??

  2. I read here the news...

Anyone who applies for U.S. citizenship must undergo an immigration medical examination to show they are free from any conditions that would prevent them from gaining citizenship “under the health-related grounds.”

  3. Hello, i need an advice from you. My pd is dec 2015 and i'm collecting the documents for the nvc. All my documents are availables but only one (foreign police certificate) needs two months to get it.

Do you advice me to send all the available documents (without the foreign police certificate) and wait for the RFE or wait 2 months for the last certificate and send all the documents in one time?

    thank you

Well after paying the fees, system prompted that it might take 2-3 days to process. The fee will eventually change from "not paid" to "paid". In the meantime I'm able to choose an agent.

Our case is actually not eligible to adjust status. We will then be applying for I-601a waiver, this waiver requires proof that above fees have been paid. That is our next step.

Ok thank you, but the I601a WAIVER is for immediate relatives of a us citizen not for lpr

On the same page, the second immigrant option is "Pay Fees"... I clicked there and then it asked for case number and invoice number. Then the fees came up as not paid. I paid them today. The system won't let you pay both at the same time, you have to do them one by one.

Ok thank you, so after the i130 approved, you just paid these fees? after that what is the next step?
