    Hello friends.
I have a question that looks forward to your suggestions.
I’m mailing my petition tomorrow but have a quick question before I send it off.

Should I write the names of my partner and I on the back of our respective photographs?

Or should I leave them blank? The I-129F instructions say to write the names in pencil on the back but I just want to double check with those who have gone through this process already.

Also, I read elsewhere that I need to include a copy of the beneficiary’s passport. Is this correct? I can’t find anything about it on the official website.
    Thank very much!

Kindly follow the I-129f instructions as it would be in your own best interest..thanks

Place the document on the scanner bed in the direction that results in the PDF being the correct orientation for reading the document when it is opened up.

Try scanning the document , saving the file , then opening the saved file   It might be right way up, upside down or on its side. Rotate the document on the scanner bed and rescan

Thanks but i don't understand your explanation maybe sending an example would be more explanatory..

    Hello Baldy

i had the same issue like you so I rescanned the doc and reupload it just make sure it reads horizontally after you scanned it and not ups n down...it got approved and now waiting for the interview date....good luck

Thanks for the response but I seem not to understand what you mean by me to make sure it reads horizontally and not ups and down ... I would appreciate if you could show me an example.. thanks.

Okay I am trying to help out a friend. This is OMG their 2nd petition the first was denied by USCIS because the lawyer didn't respond to the 2nd RFE in time. Now here we are 3 years later 2nd petition filed earlier this year and miraculously approved within 90 days. June 18th. But guess what no trace of it. USCIS doesn't have it NVC doesn't have it.

Now the lawyer messed up this to and the NOA2 letter has the,

"The above petition has been approved. The petition indicates that the beneficiary is in the United States and wishes to adjust status to that of a lawful permanent resident. The evidence indicates that he or she may not be eligible to file an adjustment of status application.

Because the benficiary does not appear eligible to adjust status in the United States we have sent the approved petition to NVC".

Any suggests wheer to go to find this missing petition.

When was the case approved? From my findings it takes (2-8 weeks) for an approved petition to get from uscis to nvc .. I guess its in transit . it has left USCIS but hasn't gotten to nvc .. I guess you have to wait or keep calling nvc ..

I have documents like, chat log, phone logs, receipt i sent her money with, pictures of our marriage, marriage cert and every other civil documents. But we met only ones because she is always afraid to fly. I was able to persuade her to fly again and she has agreed. We met only ones that was when we got married over 2 years ago. My case is already completed at the VNC and presently waiting for interview date.

Here is my two cents, try to get her to fly over to see you and spend time together, meeting in person is key to prooving an existence of a bonafide relationship especially when you have only met in person once in 2 years.meeting in person just once in two years could be detrimental to your chances of getting approval at the interview ...
