I met my husband on June or July of 2007 on a video game called Counter Strike. We were best friends for a year before we decided we wanted to be together after I graduated high school. We never met only ever talked on skype and on the phone, but being stupid for not knowing I'd need all that information, it's all gone now and I have no records from back then. I moved over to the UK and stayed on a tourist visa for over a year and came went back home for six months as I wanted to go to school. When I realised how much I couldn't do it without my husband I moved straight back to the UK to be with him again. Since then both of my husband's parents passed away one year of each other. I have been through thick and thin with him ever since. We got married on July 19, 2011 and been married since. Only now we have looked into moving back to the states because my family miss me and we have no family here so it's really lonely. We both started looking into getting his visa and found out a lot that we didn't know we've should've saved as we were young and naive. Now I'm scared we will not be able to get a visa because of the evidence we have. The only form of evidence we have is Wills made out to each of us being each other's beneficiary, gym membership that we started at the same time but being paid for in his name, and cineworld cinema memberships once again both made out separately but with his bank details on both. I'm really nervous about it all and hope to god that all of it works out without being rejected.
