Sorry, I'm not sure I understand the tenses you used in the above paragraph.

Did you already get a 693 or will you soon go get your 693?

Hopefully, it's the later. You'll need to show a civil surgeon here in the US your medical records that show your vaccines, be they from Indonesia or from the US (from MMR) - the surgeon will then give you the I-693 to submit to the USCIS.

If you already got a 693 prior to getting an MMR shot, I would imagine you'd have to get a 693 again - your civil surgeon has to state that you got an MMR vaccine - you can't just attach a letter from the place where you got the vaccine in addition to a 693 that says you don't have it. USCIS won't be responsible for taking any medical statements from people other than civil surgeons.

    Does that make sense?

    Dear antoineD,

    Sorry for my English.

Yes I visited civil surgeon in USA to get MMR shot and then they gave me I-693 in sealed envelope. On that time I show them my DS-3025 for checking what vaccine that I got in Indonesia and then they update in I-693 form.

So for AOS do I only need to submit the I-693 that civil surgeon gave me?

    Thanks so much

    Answers above!

Can I ask one more question,

During medical in my home country I didn't get MMR vaccine because not available, so I got here in USA .

Do I only need to submit the I-693 that I get from civil surgeon here in USA (sealed in envelope) ?

    Or

do I need to submit I-693 and also

a copy of DS-3025 that I got from medical test from my home country?

    thanks you again

  3. Hi guys,

I am preparing to send my AOS, EAD and AP this month, I have few questions please help.

    1. Do I have to send all AOS, EAD and AP forms all in the same folder in envelope? Or different folder and envelope for each of them?

    2. When create the  "Cover Letter", is it made by me (beneficiary) or by my husband (petitioner) ?

Note: the payment will be from my husband check.

    3. Anyone have "Cover Letter" example?

    4. I read that we have to pay $1040 for AOS,EAD,AP and Biometric $85,

do we need to write 2 different check for each?

    Thank you very much

  7. I've foudn WebJet pretty awesome to go through as well - I just used them!

But I ALWAYS use an incognito window when trying to book plane tickets, to stop them collecting data. haha. So yeah. clear cookies and go incognito!

It's on the next stage for meeeee! ... Approved at interview, visa processed in 3 days, in hand 4 days later, flew out the day after! haha ... POE was LAX and was easy as pie!

  8. My fiancé booked me flight from Philippines to Honolulu through EXPEDIA for only 489$. It's cheaper than other flights since one way for PH-HNL costs around 800$-1000$ . Not sure where you're going but try checking on EXPEDIA app or expedia.com, they have cheap flights there :)

So happy u got ur visa on hand , gonna fly to USA great!!!

  9. Hi everyone,

I just went online to the official web site and checked on the value to file the K1 visa petition is 340 and it will be 535 beginning December 23rd, do you all undertand the same thing?

    https://www.uscis.gov/forms/our-fees

    regards

    Hi,

Yes, as I know VJ members has mentioned about this last month. Said that the fee for I-129f petition increase started dec 2016. ?

From the link u showed it will increase start dec 23,2016.

Do u wanna file ur petition?

  10. Got the NVC case#. How do you track the case is transfered to embassy?

I went to ceac website and pick the immigrant visa and it says NVC will ask documents etc. Is this generic alert?

May I track the case via this website?

Good you already got case number.

From my experience, my fiance got email from embassy (ask beneficiary's email, mail address, phone number) a week after he called the nvc and got case number assigned. So it was fast movement from nvc to embassy in my country.

And yes you can check on the ceac web.
