Hi, If you are no longer residing  in Saudi Arabia you are good to go. I have so many friends there before and the US embassy didn’t ask the police clearance. We are here already in US..n

Co-sponsors are accepted with the K-1 on a case by case basis.  The embassy looks more favorably on a co-sponsor if it is a close family member (parents, siblings).  Still there are no guarantees with the K-1.

 

With the said many times USEM is not requesting support evidence during the interview, this again is case by case.    

 

Do be prepared with the co-sponsor you have available... just in case.

 

Once you get to states USCIS has no issue accepting any qualified co-sponsor.

My fiancée is disable and receive SSDI about US$ 19,900 annually.  My question is do we need co sponsor? I have read that they don't allow co sponsor in the Philippines. His friend and ex wife is willing to help us. 

Do they accept a friend as co-sponsor here in the Philippines for K1? My bf is disable and he receives SSDI about US$19,900  per year. I don't kno if SSDI is equivalent of employment income. Please enlighten me. Thanks

Congrats to all the recent approvals and NVC activity.

 

We already have an appointment for CFO next week which is specific to Philippines.

 

Hang on for others still waiting doubtful you will have to wait 107 days.
