Honestly , I think you'll be fine but who am I to say .

Did you retain the document anywhere on your computer ? I do not know the answer but I would assume if you sent the original and they received it , you won't need it again . It's too late now but they recommend you keep a copy of everything . Can you ring the NVC and ask?

Hi Jean- my understanding is you need to bring the originals to the interview . They have them already but not the originals . Best of luck .

I'd recommend completing your timeline on this site to get an approximate date based on users statistics.
For your own well being, I'd recommend accepting you cannot make the process move any quicker and maybe put a note in your diary to contact USCIS after the 5 months have passed.
If you can't control it, don't carry around with you.
It will be worth it in the long run.
Bets of luck

Hi guys,
Thank you in advance for the advice. My wife is a US citizen from Texas. She currently lives in Ireland with me legally. We submitted our K1 visa application from Ireland.
Can anyone tell me, do we have to submit an affidavit of support in this process and if so, at what stage. Our I130plication is currently in Nebraska being processed.
The reason I ask is this. My wife has been out of the USA a lot the passed 2 years travelling Europe and living with me. Her US income for this period is virtually non existence. ie less than $10,000.
In the absence of her US income reaching the required levels, can we submit evidence of savings or earnings she makes here in Ireland?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. I am Irish and my wife (USC) is also from Texas. We sent out petition from Ireland to Chicago. When my wife goes home to Texas soon, she will then update her address. Bets of luck.
