Hi guys, 

Filed my AOS together with my EAD and Advanced Parole last April and got my NOA1 last April 18. After that, I got an RFE for my AOS last week of May and was able to send it June 2. After that, I got a confirmation last June 5 that they got my RFE Docs. Question, it has been 104th day since and I haven't gotten any feedback for my EAD. I called and they told me to wait 60 days after (from the date of June 5). Anyone of you who had the same experience? It's almost the 60th day and I'm really losing hope that I will be able to get it anytime soon. I have been dying to work

1 month and no NVC number yet! ??? called NVC and they are still saying to wait for 6 weeks. Hay ?

It's totally fine that you called the NVC. They're telling everyone to give up to 6 weeks but it's usually there in 2 weeks. Give a call again after that.

Huhu i know. Everybody's been getting theirs now! Will try to check again, agent who answered wasn't that accommodating?

I called NVC they said they haven't received the case and that it usually takes them 6 weeks to get it ? Anything I can do while waiting?

10-15 days after soft copy. I got my MNL number 15 days after soft copy. Then it left for MNL the next day and arrived MNL the day after that. Hope it helps. Look at my dates below. Should help you a bit.

Can benefs call or petitioners can? Fiance said I should wait first hehe.

Hi! We had the same error though what happened was my name has dash so its supposed to be Keith - Gerone but when we got out NOA1 it din't had a dash. So being our OC selves for this application,fiancè petitioner had to call to ensure we update our name. Just make sure you get your receipt number first then you can call. Took 30 days to have it updated. Though not exactly same,it resembles to ours. Hope this helps ☺

I believe we need to wait for notice in hard copy and our NVC Case number? :)Can't wait to marry my highschool lover. Ecstatic

Congrats to all those approved. I'm thinking of moving to July filers or maybe August because of that name change I'm starting to really think I went back to zer instead of our i129F hay hehehe. Realy still hopeful I get it before week ends though. 77 days now.

Hi sorry to hear that. Best if you share with us the questions during the interview and from there, members can help you drill down to the reason of denial. I remember one member having the same problem as yours and members were able to derive tjat it was because of religion differences.

6-21 is your noa1 receive date or noa1 date. if it is receive date it might not be true. noa1 date types on noa1 hardcopy.

we changed our address. it didnt effect for my opinion. we got noa2 hardcopy also.

i was checking numbers after me before i got approved, there was a lot of approvel after me. i was kinda sad and depressed. but now everybody around me got their noa2 or rfe. next week you will see something, i am sure dont worry.

Most of the filers after me have been approved (atleast for the next 7-10 persons) wondering why I haven't gotten mine. I'm thinking then, maybe it was because I had my name updated when I got my NOA 2. Seems like there are no updates today, is this normal or am I missing something?
