How sketchy is it to come to the USA on a b1/b2 visa to search for E3 sponsorship, then adjusting status to E3?
Or
Coming to the US on an ESTA, finding a sponsor then returning to Australia to lodge/file the paper work? (There is no issue with this options correct?)
E3 is pretty quick correct once you have sponsorship?
Im trying to get my girlfriend into the USA as quickly as possible. She has a degree and is an architect so she does qualify for an E3

There is no issue with coming into the USA on an visa waiver to search for a job sponsor (Australian E3 visa sponsor - Easy to get once you have a job offer)
As long as you plan on returning to Australia to file for the correct visa/don't work/over stay your visitor visa
Correct?
