I thought that I have to wait a "Ready" in the DS-160 to create the account in us travel and pay the interview.

I only filled the DS-160...

Do I have to wait for the status to change or I have to immediately create the account and pay the interview?

El 28 de septiembre llamé al NVC y me dieron mi número de caso y el invoice. Resulta ser que no hemos recibido notificaciones por email ni en correo postal regular, ni del NVC ni de la Embajada. Aun así, ayer 2 de octubre llenamos el DS-160 de mi prometido. Esto puede resultar el algún inconveniente? Se supone que tengo que recibir alguna notificación oficial para continuar con el proceso? Qué debemos esperar?

Espero puedan ayudarme a aclarar mis dudas.

Perfecto... Entonces, luego del NOA2 aprobado, mi prometido llena online el DS-160 online y paga una tarifa de $265.00... Luego todos los documentos requeridos se llevan personalmente a la entrevista. No hay que enviar nada más por correo.
