1 week on a supervisor review, but still their not reviewing our docu. 7 weeks of waitin and more....

My son (4yrs old) was diagnosed with primary complex by our private doctor. I just want to ask if he can pass the medical exam and proceed to the interview, while he is under treatment and continue his medicine in US. Primary complex in children is not contagious.

Scan date October 21, 4th week down by tomorrow.

Ours was approved on Aug 30, 2016. We've waited for 25 days for them to send the approved petition to NVC.Finally, on september 23, our status was changed from "Case was approved to case was sent to dept of state".

At last after 3 weeks from "case was approved",status changed to "case was sent to dept of state". Another waiting game for the Case number from NVC.

Ours was approved on AUG 30 and we are caliing NVC every week, still the answer was "we havent received your petition".

Still case was approved. 2 weeks already.

I30 was approved on Aug 30, received NOA2 hardcopy after 3 days. Until now we have no idea if our case has already forwarded to NVC

Our I30 was approved on August 30, received the NOA2 hardcopy 3 days after the approval. Until now, we have no idea if USCIS already sent our case to NVC.

I have a question that I hopes you folks can help me answer. When I recieved my NOA2 it said my case has been sent to NVC.

However reading people's post here it looks like you get a different message when USCIS ACTUALLY sends your case on to NVC? Is that the case?

Those of you that got a second notification telling you that your case was sent to NVC did you also have on your NOA2 that your case has been sent to NVC?

POTOMAC isn't updating the website or sending email/text notifications my case still says case received even though I got the NOA2 in the mail 2 weeks ago.

same here, 2 weeks already. we havent received email or updates from USCIS that stating they sent already. When we asked NVC they always reply that we should wait for 30 days.

Already 2 weeks and we haven't receive our MCN.

Hello, we got approved last AUG 30. We received NOA2 hardcopy last saturday. Still waiting for the case number from NVC and the letter frm them. Is there any way to find out if USCIS forwarded already the case to NVC?
