You mean showing a tattoo? Obviously they can't just ban people with tattoos. I've heard that they can judge you based on how you're dressed, so I think it's probably better to keep your tattoos covered up but they can't just flat out reject you based on having a tattoo.

I mean if they discover i have tattoos during medical examination, will it be a hindrance or a reason to deny my visa just in case?

I am planning to get my first tattoo but my papers to enter in the US is still in process.. I would like to know if tattoos are allowedwhen applying for a US visa? Like flowers or butterfly tattoos only.. Hope you can help me. Thank you so much!

Will they require you to obtain employment certification or other documents regarding your previous employment? Thanks!

You can do one of two things (and both of these are correct):

Choose "Yes" and move on (because you WILL have the vaccination documentation on interview day.

Choose "No" and write the comment "Will obtain the necessary vaccinations at medical exam before interview".

It be better to submit all 3 yr. my 2014 2013 did not match guideline but 2015 matches and current income also above and I sent all 3 yr case was completed at NVC let see how it will go at embassy

Because embassy in Mumbai is really picky on that stuff I am not sure about your embassy.

Send your 2015 tax return copy as well as transcript and other 2 yr if you like to. If you have time contact Employee and get W2 copy more you send is better then REF

Yes thanks! But our problem is what if we won't be able to secure W2 forms for the current year? Can we just send the IRS TRANSCRIPT instead? together with the tax return but without the W2 forms..

You have to send 3years tax. Orelse you can get a checklist of carrying that yo the interview or NVC can ask you to send them again. It doesn't matter if he had less income then they want to see if they filed taxes. All the best

So, if we have the IRS TAX TRANSCRIPT, it's okay not to submit the W2 forms already?

And my husbands 2014 and 2013 is below poverty guidelines but his 2015 is higher than poverty guidelines. Since they told me that 2015 will be the basis, we will no longer submit 2014 & 2013 income tax return since it is stated that it is optional to submit it. Is that okay?

My husband lost his w2 forms for the most recent tax year.. Here are my questions..

1) Can we just submit the Income Tax Return for 2015 alone without the W2's?

2) Is IRS TAX TRANSCRIPT different from INCOME TAX RETURN?

3) If we cant be able to provide W2's, can we get the IRS TAX TRANSCRIPT online for free? And just submit it instead to NVC even without the income tax return and w2's?
