I do own assets and will present documents during my fiance's interview.

I hope it helps :/ when applying for this visa I guess I read the wrong guidelines - now I am worried  

I saw it says 25,200 USD for 3 in 2016.

What if I make 25,180 USD... will this effect my fiance' getting approved?

Anybody knows the hhs poverty guidelines for 2016 or 2017? (fiance' visa - k--1)

When looking online I get different amounts from 24,000 - 30,000.

Which is it? I am looking for 3 people. Me, fiance' and step daughter. 

Wow so since October to now it went from 650 soles to 1,050 soles. 

Okay. Well I guess I will wait until Monday!

Its her and her daughter that's like 900 dollars, was trying to get a better price but I am hoping the doctors are nice and give what is necessary only.

Thanks. I do see it states its 950 for the medical alone. Which is already expensive just for a medical examination. Vaccines depends on age, etc. I am just making sure my fiance' doesn't get scammed, although it all feels like a big scam for money regarding medical. :/

I have looked there but am unable to find a list of vaccines needed.

In the counselor page it says 600 soles more... but was hoping somebody can give more info regarding it and how much it cost them.

You will be fine, i did my own paperwork and am waiting for the interview now. Of course with help from this website ALONE!

Just go through everything one step at a time, theres examples all over (here and youtube)

What took longer for me was to gather the evidence, so many pictures, etc..plus organizing it.

You will re write things more then once, it will happen so start now and little by little you will see yourself fixing this and that, which is normal since this is important!

You should be fine, I have a interview this month and asked for my fiance, two charges and one was a felony. (fleeting and allotting) As long as it isn't domestic or violent, which is what they will warn your fiance about during her interview, I think you are fine.

(They warn your fiance regarding your charges so come in clean. Also will give him or her rights regarding domestic violence.)

Checked my case and it says its ready for an interview. . . from what I have read they send the instructions to me, in the U.S. because of complicated addresses in Peru

I am guessing I set the interview date myself as well?

thank you! So weird, I thought I read somewhere you have to pay for the ds 160 but I think they meant the interview fee, which I thought you pay on the day of your interview.

I have done my research and it does not have the steps. Hoping somebody has some input to help with more clarity.

I got the approval letter and case number, now I am waiting for my fiance to receive the package.

Confused... what comes next.

I know DS-160, DHL, interview and medical... but in what order?

How long does it take for my fiance to receive the packet? It has been a week, almost two...

and is the interview date made for her or does she need to make one? Can we request a change date in interview? if it is too soon and we need more time?

does anybody know the prices?

ds-160 = 160 per person (her and her daughter =320)

medical is 1050 soles for her and 900 soles for her daughter. When is this paid?

on the day of the interview, she pays the visa processing fee correct? which is 265 per person I believe.

I am just nervous about it all, really. I emailed the embassy for a copy of the instructions as well as a copy of the package with case number.

what if I do not remember the exact months I work at certain jobs, up to 5 years ago for the G 325a?

Should I be worried about this now? being that it takes up to 6 months to receive a copy of this certificate, or should I wait for USIS to tell me what I need? It might be a I-864?
