I jus called them to ask if they have scanned our docs yet, but they jus received our package on Monday so it hasn't been scanned yet. And the representative told me that once it's scanned it will take 11weeks to complete.?

What does it mean when the rep says "On Jan 18 it notified the supervisor for review and on Wednesday the review department pulled out ur files to review" Btw for my mom n dad..☺️

Yup same dates here.....I talked to a rep. yesterday and he was super nice and helpful. Suggested I call back next Tuesday and but no later than February 14 I should hear from them.

Haha ? I called them again on Fridat the agent told me to call back within a week..hopefully get a CC this week..btw..congrats for getting ur CC and of course the interview date ?
