Thank god my husband's interview went well. He has been issued his visa! Interview was on august 22.

Everyone please pray for my husband, he has his interview in an hour!

Was this all submitted to NV or is the joint sponsor a new thing? The joint sponsor would have had to file an extension so you would need that. A copy of 2014 will be fine. To show ongoing income most current Paystub if year t date you only need most current.

Our case was expedited so we are taking all the documents straight to the interview.

Also, is the employment letter really important? I have everything else, and I dont want to impose more on my sponsor....

Also, if I dont have 2014 transcript but 2014 1040 copy, what else do I need?

I am using a joint sponsor as my income is not enough. My joint sponsor has more than enough income, but he hasnt filed 2015 tax return yet. Is it ok to use 2014 tax return??? Also he has pretty constant income how do i show that?? Please help we need to take our documents straight to the interview.

Hi everyone, I have been following along for a while now. Finally made an account. Our case was expedited very quickly at the nvc stage and niw is already at the islamabad, pakistan embassy. Got NOA2 on july 6, got nvc case number july 28 and case arrived at embassy august 5. Now waiting for the interview date. Does anyone know when the interview date is to be, most likely??

I sent in an expedite request on 7/29/16, and got it approved on 8/2/16.

Our case is with islamabad pakistan. My question is how long will it take to get an interview date??? I have only so far paid the AOS fee and filled and reviewed the DS-261.
