Hello everyone.. I am new here. I just want to know when will I receive my interview letter. My case was completed last August 22,2016 but until now I havent have my interview letter yet. I am E3 category, my priority date is Jan 18,2008. Philippines. Hoping for your advise

how long does it usually take for the supervisor to review. what is the crireria to move files to supervisor review in the first place?

I am supposed to be on a skilled worker visa (EB3 stated in the USCIS case). when I checked the NVC for status, I just noticed it says E3. is this correct? if it is a mistake by the NVC how can it be corrected? I am already beyond the 45 days waiting after receiving and submitting a checklist.

Just renew the passports and bring the renewed ones to the interview. No need to inform anybody of anything.

We haven't got Hard copy from embassy nothing at all. NVC sent us a email with appointment letter we suds posed get pakage 3 or something from embassy ?

you should receive the Pack III from the embassy. this some times takes 6 weeks or more. contact the embassy

the letter for the interview should list all the names of people who need to attend for the interview. check the letter

my case is currently at the NVC. I need to renew the passports of my wife and the kids (expiring Jan 2017), is there any specific procedure to inform the NVC or should I wait until the interview?

Most clinics will not do a medical without interview letter. Is her interview to be in Jordan or Saudi Arabia (I pray not UAE)

I really hope someone can somehow help me. I'm pretty desperate by now. My fiance and I sent a fiance visa for me in May 2016 and got a case number June 14th. When logging in at the USCIS page to check my status, is says "we received your application June 9th, if you don't receive a receipt notice by July 9th, please call custom service". Since we didn't receive anything, we called the custom service as we were told to, but they said they can't help us and instructed us to contact the embassy. Unfortunately, they also couldn't help. It's almost 8 weeks now since they received our application and we haven't heard anything back.

Si I also know about the DS-160 form, but I thought I only have to fill it out to take it to my interview appointment whenever I have sheduled one. But some sources say, I would have needed to fill it out to even start the process. Could this be the reason why I didn't receive the I-797 yet?

Can anyone help, please?
