Hi to all..I am a k1 visa wishing to get approve.

Ive been in an administrative processing for almost 4 months.just today, when I check CEAC my status change into "Ready"

Is this a good sign for approval?

The lady in step 5 just said that my case is under administrative review.and I will just wait to hear from them

if visa is approved, the CO gives IMBRA pamphlet and a piece of paper explaining how to track the passport. Otherwise, if there are missing documents, they would need to go to Step 5/Releasing.

What were the instructions given at Step5/Releasing window? Maybe they are waiting for it thats why it is still at "Administrative Processing" for a month.

Back to my interview..at first,the interview went well.I did an$wered all the questions fast.until on the last when she asked me about what if my fiance(petitioner) has filed a visa petitions before which is yes.I think she was confused then she left and she talked to some people showing my ducoments to them then after she told me that its completed but they will need to review..

I am thinking maybe they are reviewing my fiance past petitions.

But its been a month already.

Yes I did went to step 5 but the CO didnt told m to go there.only the lady(usher) said.and the CO Didnt gave me any paper only what she said was completed but they wil need to review.

Its has been 1 month exactly now since I had my interview at us embassy manila.I wasnt told that I am approved nor denied.only the consul told me that its completed but they will review my case.they kept my passport still.I had an update last august 18th that my case is admin processing.

How long should I wait for now for that admin processin completed??

Still in administrative prossing since July 18th 2016 it has now been 30 days. Is this normal. During the interview they just said that she was approved but they needed to make sure that the divorce papers were ok. She was divorced in Hong Kong. How could this be taking so long.

red flags are that you are the 3rd person he has petitioned a k-1 for. That's a very big red flag

Oh, so your fiance had more than one petition previously? Well, if this the case definitely they have to take another look closer look at the petitions and do some more checking. Like I said, the one good positive thing is they kept your passport. How long it will take in AP, I really don't know, it could take days, weeks or more, all depends...Just keep fingers crossed.

The first one was denied coz medical problem problem.he told me that she was positive on drugs and the second was cancelled at the uscis time.

Yes he told me all that before he meet me.

Hello everyone I am new here.I just register just now.I just want to share my case status.

I was interviewed last july 25th,the interview went well and I.answered all the.questions fast and straight.until the consul asked me if my fiance has filed a visa petition before and I said yes because he was.then after my interview the consul told me that "completed but they will need to review it.I went to step 5 window and asked and she told me that my case is under administrative review.

I just want to know what should be problem of my case?

I will apreciate all the comments.and opinions.
