Thanks again for the info, so while im waiting for the CR1 can my spouse apply for a tourist visa? Or this could interfere with the CR1 process?

Thank you guys for the info and advice is greatly appreciate it, I will be filing for the CR1 from the US. Now I only have couple of questions,

1. About the affidavit sworn for the bonafide marriage, do we need from people who knows my Spouse or Do I need from my side as well?

2. What is the fee I have to write the check for filing for the CR1 ( I-130)

I'm debating for what visa shall we apply for? CR1 or K3 what would take shorter time for my spouse to travel to the US? I'm a US Citizen and my wife is from Ukraine, we have a son witch he is US Citizen born abroad.

I'm new to this forum and I've find it very helpful to read all the experiences with filing for K3 visa. Right now I have a question to where to file for the K3 visa? Where would it take shorter time to process our application? if filing through the US Embassy abroad or filing from the USA in the state of Texas?
